Frequently asked questions about France–Poland support

Can JANUS provide a French–Polish interpreter for a meeting, a business visit or a video call?

Yes. Assignments take place on site, in France or in Poland, or remotely. The interpreter is chosen for the context and briefed in advance on the vocabulary of the meeting or visit. Not every meeting needs an interpreter: the level of support depends on what is at stake.

Does JANUS translate business documents between French and Polish?

Yes: presentations, meeting materials, internal communications and operational documents, French–Polish in both directions and, where the project requires it, English–Polish. JANUS also helps identify what actually needs translating.

Does JANUS only provide interpreting?

No. Interpreting can be part of a wider assignment: preparing exchanges and negotiations, preparing senior executives, intercultural communication and coordinating the project's language needs.

Can JANUS prepare French and Polish teams to work together?

Yes. JANUS prepares French employees working with a team in Poland, Polish employees working with a team in France, and colleagues starting an assignment or a new role in the other country: communication, job-specific vocabulary, intercultural preparation and real work situations.

Can JANUS prepare an executive to speak in a foreign language?

Yes. JANUS can prepare an executive for a presentation, a negotiation or a speech in an international setting, particularly in English in the context of France–Poland exchanges.

Does JANUS support companies during an acquisition between France and Poland?

Yes, but only on the language and intercultural side of the transaction, alongside the company's financial, legal and tax advisers: preparing meetings, interpreting, translation and preparing teams after the deal. JANUS does not provide M&A, legal or tax advice.

Are exchanges confidential?

Yes. Confidentiality is part of every assignment, and a non-disclosure agreement can be put in place when the project requires it.
